Generating funny-sounding writers

Either your words hit fast, or they don’t hit at all.

They already know to negotiate. Teach them to save.

What’s wrong here?

Don’t like that the word “they” is used rather than “kids or “she” in direct reference to the object. Negotiate is in comic contrast to the tantrum on view, but it doesn’t properly balance the image, or the statement on “saving” that follows, as a more jocular phrase would.
